You can email it to me directly at atasteofgascony@gmail.com , or post it in the comments box below.Please.remember to indicate if you wish to remain anonymous when you send in the recipe. The winner will be announced on air July the 6th and will get a limited edition of a Gascon rose' wine made to celebrate the traditional Gascon sport Course Landaise. The competition is open to all, and the winner will be chosen based on the originality of their recipe. Please remember to obtain permission if you copy somebody else's recipe.
